Schedule

| DRM CDL Training is a five (5) week training course. |
| The maximum classroom size is 3 students and each student will receive 40 hours on "One on One" driving instruction. |
| Due to the unique approach to your training the schedule is detailed below. |
| You will find that the schedule below is different than other schools schedules. |
| This allows you, the student, an unique approach that isn't available anywhere else in the State of Washington. |
- Week 1 Schedule
- Week 1 is dedicated to classroom training.
- Daily Classes will begin at 7:00 AM and end at 5:30 PM (Monday through Friday).
- In the event that a classroom day falls on an observed holiday then class will be made up on the next available day.
- Week 2, Week 3, Week 4 and Week 5 Schedule
- The remainder of the Training Course we will be working in the mornings (7:00 AM through 11:00 AM) on Range and Backing Skills Training.
This Training will be offered as a group.
- For the remainder of the day each student will receive ONE on ONE Drive Training Time.
- It will be provided using the following Schedule:
- Driver 1 11:30 AM through 1:30 PM
- Driver 2 1:30 PM through 3:30 PM
- Driver 3 3:30 PM through 5:30 PM

| DRM CDL Training is a five (5) week training course. The maximum classroom size is 3 students and each student will receive 40 hours on "One on One" driving instruction. |
Admission Requirements:
- Must be at least 22 years of age
- Must have valid Washington State Drivers License
- Must meet the D.O.T. Physical Requirement
- Must be able to read and write English
- Students are required to pass an Entrance Exam or provide proof of a High School Diploma or GED
- Students must aquire a CDL Permit prior to operation of school equipment

Grading and Satisfactory Progress
| Grading |
| DRM CDL Training uses the 4.0 standard grading system. |
- 90 - 100 % A
- 80 - 89 % B
- 70 - 79 % C
- < 70% F

| Satisfactory Progress |
| Student Performance is to be evaluated on a weekly basis. |
| To remain in training, a student must: |
- Maintain a GPA of 70 % or Better
- Be able to operate the vehicle without causing hazard to either themselves, fellow students, instructor or the general public
- Observe and follow all the School Rules and Conduct

School Rules and Conduct
| School Rules and Conduct |
| DRM CDL Training requires that all students abide by the rules defined by the School. |
| Failure to abide by any of the rules can result in immediate termination of the student. |
- Being under the influence of drug or alcohol
- Bringing drugs or alcohol to school
- Failure to comply with instruction of the school instructor
- Violence or any threat of violence on school grounds or during school hours.
- Starting or operating school vehicle without authorization

| Attendence |
| Students are required to obtain 160 hours of training in order to receive a certificate. |
| The Department of Licensing will not issue a CDL with out a certificate from an accepted school. |
| This mandates that students be present at the start of the day. Any days missed must be made up by making special arrangements with school owner. Unsatisfactory attendance will not be tolerated. |
| Tardiness |
| Tardiness is defined as a student arriving more than 5 minutes late for class |
| Leave of Absence |
| Students are allowed one (1) leave of absence. Any absence must be requested in writing and approved by the school owner. |
| Probation |
| Probation is used to regulate troubles presented with student's performance. A student put on probation will be notified in writing, and that student must show substantial progress in order to remain a student. |
| Probation can be given to any student for any of the following reasons: |
- Not Maintaining a 70% GPA
- Unstatisfactory Attendence
- Not obeying any of the school rules

| Re-Entry |
| Any student attempting to gain re-entry to DRM CDL Training after either taking a leave of absence or being terminated from the program must obtain approval from the school owner. |

| DRM CDL Training offers Class A CDL Training including 160 hours of training and a unique program which offers One on One Training and Drive Time. |

| All test fees are for one test attempt only, and additional tests needed are at students expense. |
| Accepted Payment Options Include: |
| Financing may be available through WorkSource (Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Dislocated Workers Program and More) if you qualify, Private Financing may be available. |
| We Accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Card or Paypal Accounts. |
Refund Policy
| Refund Policy |
- DRM CDL Training will refund all tuition paid if applicant is not accepted, or a starting class is cancelled by school.
- DRM CDL Training will refund all tuition paid if applicant cancels within five (5) business days (excluding holidays) after the day the contract is signed or initial payment is made, as long as the student has not begun training.
- Partial Refunds after training has begun.
- DRM CDL Training will refund partial tuition refunds after you start your training. This will be based on the following scale.
- Attendance of up to One week or 10% whichever is less, the school may keep 10% of paid tuition
- Attendance of more than One week or 10% but less than 25%, the school may keep 25% of paid tuition
- Attendance of more than 25% but less than 50%, the school may keep 50% of paid tuition
- More thank 50%, the school may keep 100% paid tuition

Transcripts
| Transcripts |
| Student records are kept for fifty (50) years and are made available upon request. Transcripts are defined as all Classroom testing, Backing records, Driving records, and the Final Exam
